Each of the above services can be tailor made to suit the specific needs of each client. Each client can choose from one or all of the above services.

Personnel and Training

90% of the staff are recruited from the Dublin area. All staff are thoroughly vetted including a security check by An Garda Soíchána. All staff are fully trained to industry standards which also includes Safepass Training. All our staff have been fully trained in CCTV which we operate on a daily basis. All staff are also trained in the use of Fire Extinguishers and are familiar with evacuation procedures for all premises and have been advised on this by Dublin Fire Brigade.

Quality Control and Industry Standards

Elsa security Ltd. operates the industry best practice systems and procedures. All staff receive both internal and external training. Staff procedures are reviewed as part of the quality management system on a quarterly basis. The managing director takes responsibility for quality management. Elsa security Ltd., operates to the highest level of security standards. All personnel wear full uniform at all times and are neat and tidy, they wear identification, use walkie-talkies and are competent in regards to carrying out their daily duties. They interact with the general public on a daily basis in a professional manner. The company is fully compliant with the Health & Safety Act and holds a Health & Safety Statement. We are a member of N.U.S.E. (National Union of Security Employers).
